Plzzz tell me i can recover this photo from my phone!?

I accidentally deleted the last picture of my mom before she died!!! but luckily some idiot saved it as a friend's contact photo and its still with my deleted images. but i can only look at it (i cant restore it from a menu or anything) and my aunt wants me to send it! its not saved onto the memory card and i cant hook it to a computer! plz help im seriously crying right now that picture means the world to me!!! i have a sprint lg remarq!!!
