Is there a contact number for the minecraft staff?

I have been trying to buy minecraft but every time it says transaction failed or deposits disabled for 24 hours. my mom checked her account and she had enough money on all her cards and i've ried 3 different cards. the support page doesnt help at all so if anyone has the answer it really help.
