Girls, does she like me and should I tell her how I feel?

There is this girl I have know for almost a year now. She is a few years younger than me. She and I have been talking on and off for a couple of months. We started talking after she did a little "to be honest game" and she told me that she thought I was hilarious and creeps my facebook page sometimes. She lives about an hour away from me, but Sunday I mentioned that should she come down and visit me and she came down Monday. We hung out and talked for awhile while we were riding around out in the country. She laughed at most of the stuff I would say. It was totally opposite of how I thought it would be seeing that we haven't seen each other in person in almost a year. I noticed she would look at me, especially when she was talking, but that could be that she didn't know any of my friends. We are always chatting on Facebook and she usually comments on my status updates. When I have service she will sometimes text me. She was asking when I was going back to school this summer because she might be going to a leadership camp there, and then Monday I asked her about it and she told me when it was and that she was going and we talked about hanging out. Tuesday on Facebook she commented on one of my status bringing up an inside joke from Monday. I think she likes me, but I want a second opinion. I asked if she wanted to going bowling today and even though she said she is terrible at bowling she is going. I think she likes me. Should I tell her how I feel about her even though this is only the 2nd time I've seen her in about a year? If so, how should I tell her?
