Any ideas about a job in Dallas, TX?

I'm having a baby in 8 months with my girlfriend. I live in West Virginia and I'm working my off to make money for when the baby is born. She goes to school in Dallas, TX. I need some help finding a job in Dallas that will help me support myself and the two of them because we don't want her to lose her schooling. Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do in Dallas to make enough money? I have a GED and some college. I'm an Eagle Scout and I'm good with labor work, leadership skills and working one computers and with technology.
