How should I say no to this?

I'm the leader of a project and our professor gave us exclusive rights to the feedback and grades. Now, one of my team members is asking to have the feedback. This girl has been jealous the entire time of the fact that I am younger than her and got the leadership position. I just don't want to, and its my right not to as per the instructor. How do I tell her no?
