If you have a weak bladder?

I have a pretty weak bladder. When I was younger I did have bed problems. [my mom used to always hit me or yell at me] I adventually went to the doctors office for my bladder problems. After that my bed problems started to clear up. I do not have any bed problems anymore but now when I hardly have to use the bathroom, some of it comes right out.. and it makes me stink alot... :L Idk what to do but I need to know a way how to improve my bladder and please please please no jokes or negative problems. As you can see I already have enough problems.
