Can I get into Clemson?
I am an african american with a 3.6 GPA and a 1280 (critical reading and math) SAT. I have taken all honors and AP cles in high school. I am in a rigorious science and math magnet program and have completed 2 research projects. With those projects I competed in the Regional Science and Math Engineering Science Fair at the University of South Carolina twice, and I have competed in the South Carolina Junior Academy of Science Competition twice as well. I have taken AP Biology, AP Statistics, AP English Language, and AP Human Geography and have ped all of my AP exams. I have been active in student leadership since freshman year, I am a member of the Latin Club, the Magnet Student Action Council, president of the vetinary club, and I volunteer at a shelter that houses abandoned animals. I am lacking on my community service a bit with only 10 hours. I have a sister that is currently a student at Clemson and she is an extremely successful student there, and my grandfather is an alumnus of Clemson as well. Do you think with all of that I should be able to get in?
