Do i have a std please help?

like 3 days ago i got a cut it has a scar on it i finger-banged this chick with the finger with the scar on it i clean immediately after i got home 15 min give or take i washed my hands went in the tub scrubbed my finger dipped it in alchol then hydrogen peroxide continuously for 3 min then i sprayed vinegar on it do i have a std im 14 btw and i live in vancouver what do i do im broke and i will not tell my mom
