The moral person component of ethical leadership?

Thanks for sharing this. It's valuable for leaders to think of how their personal morality and ethics affect not only himself (or herself) but also his employees. The trap many leaders fall into is only seeing their own perspective and not realizing that there may be amazing wisdom or ideas to be found in employees. I've found that effective leaders practice ethical behavior that helps them and others grow and succeed. It also helps if the leader sets a positive example by behaving with kindness, empathy and competence.
