Is my education qualification from the Philippines can be transfered to UK?

I am 15 years of age I have finished my primary education in the UK but we moved here in the Philippines 3 years ago so I have to continue my secondary education here here in the Philippines, but the system here its not same in UK. My parents decided to go back in the UK supposedly last year 2010 September but unfortunately my mother refused by the Immigration for having been away from UK for over 2 years so she has apply again a Visa and currently we are waiting for the approval of my mom's Visa so while waiting I have to continue studying according to their system. On 2012 I am going to finish my high school with diploma and ping grades which is the only qualification here the students need to proceed their college degree.So if I can get this qualification before I can go back to the UK without taking GCSE can I proceed further education? Can I transfer my qualification here in the Philippines to UK? If its not possible is there anyway that I can continue college education? What are alternatives to get further education without GCSE exams? Please help me I'm a bit weary and thank you for all the help.
