Interview tips? Academics and extra co-curricular activities?

Hey I'm in the senior year, let's just say i'm planning to get a scholarship soon~ you see i'm good in academics, but I lack certificates. My resume arent that impressive, and most co-curricular activities i entered are academics co-curricular. i'm active in co-curiculum, i am always present in meetings, it's just that people don't give me the chance to be the president of a club or something. i tried to be the prefects, or anything that has to do with leadership, but something always get in my way, like for example, the whole club agreed to eliminate me from the organisation because im blur and im the new kid. i feel bad about it. i am okay in sports but I don't represent my school in any competition. soo how am i gonna impress the interviewers with my lack of contribution? i tried my best since 3 years ago trying to join a lot of clubs but people won't make me the committee of a club because i'm quite shy back then. what should i explain to the interviewer when they asked me to explain why don't i have an excellent resume? i am not just a nerd :( i want a scholarship so bad
